don't seem to be working, is it related to the move to a secure site?

Could be, although I'd expect them still to show. I'll do a few more tests later on.
Image links pointing to secure photo hosting sites, such as that used by roverdriver, are ok still, it's just some of those image links beginning with http on insecure hosting sites seem to play up.
Oddly, the photos that Peter posted into his reply this morning in the playing-in-abandoned-vehicles thread, also use links pointing to http rather than https, yet display fine.
I had to switch over to https as browsers are increasingly flagging non-https sites as insecure etc etc which many people - and indeed search engines - find off-putting. Firefox used to flag up just such a message when logging in here, prior to switching to https.

I had a similar problem until I noticed that postimg had changed all their web addresses. I went through all the ones I could think of but I still come across others that need edited.

To be honest, I have to admit to not really understanding the system but I am still not able to lift photos from my lap top using Postimage despite opening an account. I can, however, still use Postimage if I move the photo to the "desktop" and take it from there.
As I say, I don't really understand the system and the jargon/ abbreviations, etc. |
