What amazes me is that this is a prototype which never made it into production and yet the restorers seem confident of returning it to it's original spec. The research must be quite a feat in itself.
Many of these concept cars; too many, have been broken up and it will be a pleasure to see the Aston restored.
I take my hat off to them! |

True, but it was quite widely shown over the years. Even I've heard of it, though that might be because it has the same headlamps as my Vauxhalls.
On the other hand, when it's finished, it's not as if anyone is going to park another next to it to highlight any "wrong" bits. Very few people will be able to look at it and know whether it's properly to original spec. |
