You seem to have ruled out an electrical fault.

What I would do next is check the engine is free to turn. If the car was lighter you could try moving it in gear but it is probably too heavy for that.

With the car in neutral, can you turn the engine over without the starter? I presume there is no crank handle? If that's the case, take out the pugs and turn the engine with a spanner on the crank pulley bolt. Alternatively, try levering the starter ring gear.

If the engine is free then I don't know.

Starter motor problem now solved. I was an internal fault and worn brushes.
