There were a few of the earlier models around in the 1950's from memory but the general consensus at the time was "they wouldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding"

Having owned an Austin Seven (Swallow saloon) for many years, I could probably live with that. Very Happy

The early NSU Prinz may have been lacking in the rice pudding department, but these mid-sixties Sports Prinz were quite nippy - they would give the contemporary Midget or Spitfire a good run for the money.

I was just taken with the style of the car. A pure classic coupe design. Very pretty.
