I think this airs on a Sunday morning, I found it on Freeview a while back. It's based in Canada and features various old wrecks being extracted from some very unusual locations using a variety of methods. All quite entertaining, the fact that two of the team drive around in a much-modified Dodge Powerwagon is not why I watch, honest ...

I think the first series has been shown and series two is now running.

This week they rescued a '69 Mustang from a lake! They also collected most of a Ford Model A and lashed it together with wire for the journey home with other derelict cars on a transporter.

I don't know what will become of the cars but the Model A will probably become a hot rod and the Mustang I see being broken up for parts.

I caught an episode of this a couple of weeks ago, they were searching for a Ford Model A Roadster or something like that. It was OK, but the never-ending interruptions to go off on some side-story made it a lot less good than it might have been.

This Sunday they found two derelict Ford Mustangs inside, of all things, a motor home. Goodness knows how they were put in there originally but the guys opted to cut away the trailer body and lift it off with a crane. The cars (a '69 fast back and a ' 70 ) were then lifted off - again with the crane - and trailered away for $5000 the pair!

Apart from being a typical Yanky programme, I thought it was a good story.

(Makes a change from endless cookery programmes!) Very Happy
