Well, middle of last year I decided it's probably best to sell on our 1955 Hillman that we've had for many years in the shed. Well, as soon as we started rebuilding the engine my thoughts started turning to maybe getting her running and keeping her as a 'barn find' type runner...

So that's my biggest plan for the New Year. Get the 55 up and running and enjoy her in the summer.

Next aim for the New Year is to actually get out more in any of the cars. Not just to shows but just make the most of the summer and make the most of actually getting out and driving the old girls.

My plans for the new year are to finish the MG TC...

I am also thinking about attending to some paint issues with Trundles (1930 Swallow) When we get some warmer weather.

I then plan to use both cars. The Range Rover can go and the MG can be my main car.

Be out and about as often as I can, and also (with HJ) get on with the latest pedal car project.

Having travelled all over the UK in my 1932 Morris Minor Two-Seater, I've decided 2025 is the year I finally take it to France. All being well, that'll be in May. The intention is to push as far south as time permits.

Any motoring plans I may have for 2025 will depend largely on how much the motor insurance companies shaft me, as I will become an octogenarian before the current policy renewal date(s) Sad
