Interesting film from 1975.
Fyfe Robertson reflects on his life with the motorcar and recalls some nostalgic memories of his life on four wheels. From the Model T Ford, via the Vauxhall 30-98, to modern (1975!) delights like the Rolls Royce Camargue and the humble Mini, Fyfe considers our evolving relationship with the car.

I remember that documentary quite well actually. Fyfe Robinson's descriptions were always so erudite. The part with Fyfe at the wheel of a Vauxhall 30/98 has always stayed with me and who could forget him in the rowing boat in the shadow of "spaghetti junction".

Incidentally, many years later, when I had to use that intersection quite frequently, I came to admire it.
