Two very different cars up for identification, presumably the first is of US origin ... is that an S on the wheel cap, maybe Studebaker?



This is registered London, 1929. French? Amilcar?

I think you're correct with the Studebaker id:



But the second car has got me stumped; it looks a bit too big to be one of the French light cars like an Amilcar, although the headlamps look like they are probably Marchals.

If twin steer with a single rear axle (Like the Bedford VAL) is known as a Chinese Six, would this be called a Chinese Eight.
