Photos never lie. except when they have been photoshopped.
How many PS changes can you spot?

Well, there's something odd going on in the foreground between the lamp post and the policeman!
KKP 1 survives, but as a cut-down special. _________________ in the garage: 1938 Talbot Ten Airline

Its weird being the same age as old people.

At a glance I would say it was a Hooper Empress saloon on a Bentley Mark 6 chassis.
(I am a novice at photoshopping or whatever it's called )
B299CD now with a 4.9 S1 engine.

This has popped up on a Stroud area memories page. Does anyone fancy IDing the three trucks?

Before identifying any of the trucks I thought it might be of interest to learn that 10 solid silver medals won by the Hillier Bacon factory over 100 years ago have been restored to Nailsworth through public donations.

The Hillier Bacon factory were also awarded some gold medals (as advertised on the truck in the photo)... but I doubt they survive. |

Anyone care to identify these three vehicles at Gerald's Soap Works, Nottingham in the 1930s?

Am I just imagining it, or do the middle one and the one on the right have OVAL badges? _________________ Bristols should always come in pairs.

They certainly look like oval badges ...but I can't think of any manufacturers that early with them.
As there were literally hundreds of vehicle builders I think this will be a tough one. |
