There's nothing beats a little lateral thinking and human ingenuity!
I like the way Americans use language in a lateral way too, the sign on the wall reads "Flats made round 25c"! Very Happy

Looks like an A to me.
With home-made wheels. This looks like the grand-daddy to the practice of putting big auto engines into farm tractors, LOL!

i seriously doubt the practicality of those cobbled wheels; although it was quite common for A's to be turned into farm implements they were not capable of 4wd, which would be required to push/pull those front wheels through field muck. this picturesque vignette is purposely posed and filled with seemingly appropriate set dressing, but having lived most of my life in rural Virginia (yep; a redneck amongst ye) i can honestly say these scenes are largely fictional outside a photographer's studio or a calendar printer's imagination. sort of like getting off the plane in Dublin expecting crowds of Leprechauns to materialize!
but examine the car itself; obviously solid enough for a proper restoration to it's former glory, why is it left to decay?
