Hi all.
Is there someone out there that recognizes this:
It is an adjustable quadrant for a bowden cable, the knob at the top has to be raised to move the handle along the teeth, It is beautifully manufactured out of brass (I think) with nickle plating.
My best guess is that it is a vintage control for a choke, or maybe adjustable radiator shutters. I am tempted to use it on my special but would rather it was reunited with it's original type of vehicle.
