watched this the other night; i felt it to be awesome and well worth the rental fee. regardless of his political and personal views, i think he makes pretty good films. |

being anglo-saxon and a bit bullet-headed, why, YES! but i like a good story to go along with it, of course. positively adore the Lord of the Rings trilogy as filmed by P Jackson; violence galore but story is overwhelming. "The Long Good Friday" is violent also; understated, maybe, but cruelly and intentionally violent. love a good laugh, too; my all-time favorite comedy film is "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World". Terry-Thomas OWNS that film with his performance, IMHO. |
