Somebody mentioned this on another thread. I was there on Saturday and here are one or two photos of some of the caravans there. Sorry about the quality of the photos, they were taken on my old camera which is quite low on the magapixel count. If the caravan photos look reasonable, I've also some taken in the pre-1966 car park which I'll try and post in the next day or two.

Oldest caravan there was a 1928 Angela, pulled by a Vauxhall of similar vintage:
My wife adding a further touch of class to an elegant 1935 Car Cruiser:
The ultimate tow-car It was actaully towing the caravan behind it :
Finally one for the tear-drop fans:

Thank you Geoff,
Nothing wrong with those photos mate, I look forward to seeing the others you have.
At a rough guess, how many vintage caravans were on parade would you say ?

Hi Geoff
Thanks for the photos, absolutely brilliant to see them. How many old vans do you reckon there were there? Must have been quite a fantastic event.

Hi all
Thanks for your comments. According to the programme there were 18 caravans there from the Angela, (what a fabulous piece of 1920s nostalgia ,) to a 1966 Knowsley Juno, each towed by a suitable car. I think that one or two weren't there, but others took their place; there was no mention of the Morgan in the programme. There was a parade, but there were also a lot of other things going on at the same time and we were sitting down and relaxing with a drink and enjoying the music of the Goodwood Big Band.
My favourites were a 1962 Swedish SMV which looked like a small Airstream and was towed by a Citroen DS Decapotable, and a perfectly matched Mark 2 Zodiac and 1959 Cheltenham.
