Hello
Everybody love to rebuild his cars to his original former glory, we spend money on a paint job, metal work, new wheels, new or rebuilt rims, rebuild a engine etc etc etc...
I only rebuilt a fiat 600 D and i spent like 2x the value of the car.
Now i'm about to rebuild a opel rekord olympia from 1959 and i'm pretty sure the same will happend.

My question is if you can rebuild a car and if one day you sell it, you will be able to at least get the money you spent on your car.. Very Happy

Let me know how the things works in your countrys Wink

Same in the UK with most cars - unless it is very very rare, has an amazing history, or you can do All the work yourself, you are unlikely to get back all your costs when you come to sell it. Good job we don't do it for a living isn't it!!! Smile

Hi

Some people do, I was working part time doing it, but I think there is more money making Penny Farthing's! hehe

Cheers

If you are restoring cars for paying customers, then there is a good wage in it, so long as they pay up on time - but if you buy cars to restore yourself, hoping to sell at a profit, then I think it could be a blind alley!!

If you are paying someone to restore your car, you've got no chance Laughing
(unless mega rare, once belonged to Elvis, etc etc)
