Gritting my teeth to ignore the awful music I went through some of the website and found the following sales blurb.


WHY DRIVE A NEO-CLASSIC MOTOR CAR?

When looking at a 1920s or '30s classic Duesenberg, most people just love the design and style. Their mind is filled with visions of grace, grandeur and the Great Gatsby. They say, "What fun it would be to own and drive a motor car like that." Unfortunately, the realities of owning and driving a classic or antique motor car eliminate most people from ever bothering to purchase one.

The cost factor is not really the major deterrent. Although very rare classic motor cars can cost several millions of dollars, you can find nice classics in the $50,000 to $100,000 price range. But for most people, classic cars are still totally impractical. The lack of readily available parts and service is a major drawback. The lack of modern safety equipment is another problem. And let's face it, the old classics are not very comfortable to drive or ride in. Thus was born the neo-classic motor car (neo=new), the best of the old and the new together in one grand motor car: a match made in heaven.

He daren't mention the Depreciation on his neo-classic (What an awful expression)

I'll bet there are more specialists for many classic cars than there are for Zimmers - especially in the UK!

In my opinion -more like a match made in HELL!

Don't mean to be ageist but can't help thinking zimmerframe and imagining some old person in one of those florida retirement homes buying one of these , driving at 20 mph and telling everyone about there wonderful classic car .

That could well be the most awful vehicle that I have ever seen surely it's a wind-up. And as for the latest lucky owner Shaquille O'Neil, NBA Superstar (whatever that may be) is anyone really called that?
It would be pronounced Shagwell!! and he would have to spend his life hiding in a box.

Now you've done it: I played that awful Zimmer "jingle" to my wife.. My 4 year-old grandson heard it and now wants it played all the time, just as I was getting him interested in Shostakovitch.
