Hi you remind me of when I had a Bantam years ago and went to the South of France on it - two up with camping gear - it got there OK but the back wheel gave way under the strain on the way home. The chain kept coming off so we got a tow from a passing English motorbike and sidecar (hairy) but finally the wheel collapsed so we had to hitch hike the last bit through France and up to Yorkshire. Bike was brought back by the RAC and did many more miles. Michael
