Searching the web I think it is definitely a 1940's car but the front grill is not original and as there are no other markings it is hard to find . Looking through a website on GAZ cars they are similar as in shape and grille but the wings are different . Can you get any information about the car ?

Just found a 1938 AUDI 920 and looking at the shape it is very similar to your car and when reading AUDI history part of AUDI fell under russian control at the end of ww2 so its a possibility that it is a hybrid .

The front panel/bumper looks a bit strange to me?

I don't know what they did to the front end but the body is a 1937 Chevy Master Deluxe. Cool

Grille looks homemade? and bumper is off a 'who knows what' Confused

Dash gauge panel is also different. Could this be an export version?
