Help! Need oil filter conversion kit from old Wipac to new

Hi there, I have a Rover Cyclops and it has the old screw in oil filter (Wipac), someone told me on this forum that there is a screw-in adaptor that allows you to use the modern spin on oil filter, while retaining the look of the old Wipac screw IN type oil filters.
can anyone point me in the right direction?

the Pop/A40 canister filter I referred to takes two bolt-on oil lines, and is not screwed into the block as I think yours is
