Welcome Geoff and Jude.
Glad to have been helpful in uniting DodgeNuts across the globe.
I got into trouble on the VV forum by calling it "Cobber's forum" here.
So to put the record straight the VV forum is run by Mark T and Cobber is just one of its members with no claim to ownership! |

hi all
the old fargo still looks as it is in the posted photos, but i hope to re-start the resto in the next 12 months, so i'll post more photos when that happens.
as far as vehicle history goes, i bought it in about 1978ish from a farm in tamworth, new south wales, where it had sat and sunk into the ground for about 10 years.
the owner couldn't give me any history on the truck but one day i'll do an engine number search through our transport department and see if any history evolves from the search.
here are the photos i put on the vintage van site in aus.

Hi
Nice truck! I like how it had sunk into the ground, looks a bit of a haven for old cars!!
Cheers

yeah dave
the bloke who owned the farm had acres of old cars form the early 1910's up to 60's and 70's when i was there.
rumour has it that he is still there with plenty of restorable classics, so i suppose that some of our resto's come from there.
