The average politician can ride his mountain bike off-road, without a safety helmet without cycle clips, and using his mobile at the same time...
Could you do this? if so, there may be a vacancy in the cabinet shortly.
Political content unintended, I'll apologise later... if I remember.
Don.

Ahh but the average politician is far far cleverer than we mortals!
For example he can also ride his mountain bike through a forest, in a lounge suit and shiny shoes, without a speck of mud sticking - this ability has proved invaluable only recently.
He is perfectly able to hold down two jobs at once with ease, such are his powers, it's only little details like 'forgetting' that he had received £103,000 that is just a tiny fly in the ointment but hey - which of us hasn't done that?
Perhaps when next in his Ministerial role for pensions and social security, he may now find it easier to accept the explanation of a claimant who, after a lifetimes toil is then means tested for his benefits, and 'forgets' to mention a small amount of savings on the application form?
Although as a politician and therefore a hypocrite...I doubt it! |
