Are they?

I may just know where there are about 30 of them, can't say they are for sale just now but may be in the future, maybe I should express interest!

Cheers

I have a 135 partly restored, it's still a working tractor. Unfortunately not many people are interested in 135s being restored over here. They are all into grey fergies!

Hi

135 are better than grey fergie's, I don't really see the attraction to a grey fergie, but then, if I was offered one it may be different! Working but cared for is the best way, I hate really shiny example of anything that was made to work, agricultural/comercials, some cars are ok shiny though!

Cheers, do you have any pics of your 135, they will make me very jealous!

Cheers

Dave

Had to fit rollover bars, which kind of detracts from the look of her!

Hi

No not at all, that is a really nice example, really clean, but I supose it is drier over in your part of the world?

I am like I said very jealous! A tractor would be very handy for shunting things around etc. One for the future I think!

Have you done much to her?

Cheers

Dave

Yeah its a bit dry over here... I say that and its raining today!

She had a full baremetal respray and a bit of panel beating... Which now has to be redone on the guards!

She's been pretty much rebuilt up from parts, and fully rewired after everything else had pretty much faded away. I've lost track of how long we've had her, my grandfather brought it pretty much as a paddock wreck when I was on a kid!

I wish I had photos of her before and after

We used to dairy farm, and run horses. Now we only hobby farm with a few horses left. The MF isnt our first tractor, we've had old chambelins, fords and a 3 wheeler that I wish I could remember!

I work on a 350ha + vineyard and get to drive all these 'modern' tractors, they are never as fun as the old ones!

Hi

I used to work for a company repairing crop sprayers, but didn't like the chemicals too much, so wound that up. I did however enjoy driving the self propelled sprayers, they are good fun, but I will agree the older tractors are more fun than an air conditioned, armchair perched on top of a huge gearbox and diff!

Cheers
