Hi
I have just seen something on the telly, about using your eyes independently, it is starting to hurt my head behind my eyes, trying to do it, anyone willing to have a goo for me, and explain all!

Do you mean like this..
or are you meaning keeping one eye focused for distant objects whilst the other is focused on near objects?

Hi
Well I would be happy with either. They were on about looking at the dash board and driving at the same time, they said it is possible to learn!
