Trouble is what do you do with these cars ? there was an unregistred Stag on eBay some months ago, seem to recall it had about 300 miles on the clock and had been dry strored, went for over £30K, but what then,do you register it and use it ?
The Ital was one of the last "British" BMC so for that alone deserves some attention, but with 300 mile from new surley it can only end up in a museum? |

Just reading the blurb on the Ital, it’s not yet done enough miles to warrant its first free service! Do you think current owners of the Morris brand BMW would honour the first free service if you took it to a local dealer! |

I was trying to look at it in this way: Should someone buy it they would have a brand new car for four grand ish which seems good value, but then I thought...but it would be a Morris Ital!
I'd sooner buy a two or three year old modern for that money if the intent was to use it regularly, and if not, then I'd sooner buy something from the 50's, and at four grand you'd get something pretty nice. |

Hi
I just love the idea of an 886cc engine fitted in a car called Goliath.
I suppose if the did a 1097 they would call it Gargantua |

Now we know how Goliath lost to a slingshot...
I wonder what sized engine would power the 'David'....? _________________ Don't run your fingers over my truck & I won't run my truck over your fingers!
