Hi Rock - she's not mine. I got involved with her because her owner is a Jag nut and he mentioned her in one of his postings. He needed help machining some parts. I have a workshop, and as he lives about 3/4 hr away, I volunteered!
As fas I know she's done 16,000 mls, then was fitted with a rebuilt engine before being put in storage - and forgotten! She is complete except for wiring and interior - all rotted away (or eaten by mice!) Engine now running and chassis complete - even got the brakes working.
I think my friend got it off eBay - and bought her to restore for his daughter's wedding next year.
We are confused by the dynamo arrangement - hence the post in here - hopefully some info will be forthcoming. |
