It looks really tidy Greeney, what did you use to protect the metal? _________________ ROVER

I stripped all the old hard under seal off, cleaned it all down then used POR15 black. the grey black you see here is a "shutz" paintable under seal then painted it all in a contrasting dark blue smooth hammerite
The body is going to be the original blue in 2K paint
It shouldn't rust now _________________ www.OldFrenchCars.com

That's good to see, my own efforts are a little behind yours but are following a similar pattern.
The underside has been de-rusted and the shell sent off for welding before completing the underseal phase. I have been restoring and repainting much of the interior fittings, wrapping them in bubblewrap and boxing them up for the refit.
Within the next couple of weeks I should have most of the bits I need for the chassis renovation and then the 'dirty' work will begin. |

There is always the odd hour or two in between the chassis, engine and the body where I have been getting on with "little bits" while painting the chassis today I also cleaned and repainted mirror arms and re rubber sealed the mirrors cleaned and painted the steering column, battery regulator, battery tray and rebuilt brake servo with new seals Oh and had my hair cut _________________ www.OldFrenchCars.com
