Alan dropped me a line, asking about dating an old AA G.B. plate. He also is looking for source of info regarding older Humbers:
"Good Morning, I stumbled across your very interesting site whilst dating an A.A. badge. I have one or two questions I would like to find answers to and wonder if you can help by email.
1. I wish to date and find out more about what I describe as an A.A. issue G.B. plate. (I can send a photo).
2. A contact for Vintage Humber car information, or
3. Can you help with Lucas equipment for a 1928 Humber 14/40 Tourer. I once owned and restored one quite a few years ago.
If you can help in anyway I would be very pleased to hear from you. Many thanks, Alan."
Does anyone have any contacts in the vintage Humber world?
thanks, Rick _________________ Rick - Admin

Just a thought, Stephen Lewis is the Post Vintage Humber Car Club might be able to help. He's pretty good all things Humber related.
