As I drove to work this morning I heard a news item about how the pay of a recruit into the army is less than that of a newly appointed Traffic Warden.
Does the same creative solution to this problem occur to anyone else as occurred to me???

i saw that a city in California had gone bankrupt (??HOW??) and then there were the Policemen talking about how the City wanted to tear up the original contracts and rewrite them with leaner pay rates in mind; the base pay for a Police officer being 110K USD annually..... now, i did some math and this came to about 2000 dollars a week..... no bloody wonder the City went flipping broke. i make a little over 2000 a MONTH.....
