Oh yes , P4 belonged to my grand father who had it since it was 2 years old , red interior , grey top and burgundy sides , would never part with it.
For what its worth my every day car is an 825 sterling. |

A true Rover maniac
Not the most popular of Rovers the 825 with the KV6 engine. They do like to blow head gaskets on a regular basis
I did have an 820 coupe last year but never liked it, even after spending rather a lot of money sorting out the problems I never did get the enjoyment from it I had hoped for....
Now I have a Range Rover Classic as my fun car and a 1947 Rover P2 as my high days and holidays car _________________ ROVER

Thanks Rick , Done the head gaskets on the KV 6 , fitted metal ones , never had any problems since .
Off to Le mans classic in the stag in a few weeks not sure what to post about car or caravan , had both about 19 years , caravan wasnt a classic when i bought it ! still have all the original paper work with the caravan for the fridge , cooker oven , elsan etc |

Welcome, European Voyager.
Is your name indicative of someone who likes to escape across the 'ditch,' or are you already there?
Like the thought of travelling Europe in a Stag, once helped my brother convert one to a straight six engine (before they learned to effectively fix the V8s,) lovely drive.
