not sure about the alternator. I've got a spin-on filter conversion in the garage, I bought it at autojumble when I had the Somerset but never fitted it, so now plan to put it on the Devon. Some company (perhaps down Brum way, not sure) was selling these conversions, so that the original canister filters can be replaced with cheapo chuckaway spin-on jobs that only cost a quid or so a time. Will have a look next time I'm in there, see if theres a supplier label or similar?

Hi
I found this today when looking for a tractor that was ineed of extraction, looks fun, and would be a bit of a suprise if you were alongside it or behind it at the traffic lights!! I quite fancy one, not into hot rodded cars, but tractors like that apeal!
Cheers
Dave

Could have ended nastily but luckily he recovered well after only suffering a broken collar bone (although according to the latest 'Chain Gang Gazette', a few weeks later he walked backwards into an inspection pit!), here's a GN Vitesse rolling over at Oulton Park this year - very pretty GN as well

Nice video - unfortunately James Diffey died of cancer the day before the VSCC Cadwell Park meeting. In memory of him, before the start of the Frazer Nash race, instead of having a minutes silence, they revved up their engines to have 15 minutes of as much noise as possible instead, as they felt that would be more suitable. The pole position was also left vacant for him.
Haven't made it to one of the VSCC trials yet, and only made it to two VSCC events this year, but hoping to get to as many as possible this year, the atmosphere at a VSCC event can't be beat |

Hi
I didn't see this clip earlier in the year, but was I seeing things near the beginning?
There appeared to be an artic towing a steerable drawbar trailer, it was just behind the first coach/bus.
Think how many pivot points there were, front steerable wheels, 5th wheel, trailer hitch, trailer 5th wheel equivalent.
Now let me see, I want to reverse to the left so I move the steering to the ?????????? |
