I am sorry this is not terribly old or classic but a French neighbour has a 1986 Ford sierra pick-up, I think they were called P100, he needs the right hand lamp unit looking from the back (offside to you)

If this is one of those vehicles where they have a single reverse light and a rear fog in the corresponding position on the otherside, then we also need to know where it is being used.
As Greeney says it is a French neighbour then it needs to be a LH drive model, if it is an assymetric setup as I described above, so it will have a Rev/light in it.

Might have to find a continental seller for it.

Just found this P100 on Ebay and it shows the rear lights with reversing lights on both sides, so I would guess that they have two rear fog's as well. So that link you had should be good for lhd.
