Bit difficult to understand what you want.

I have photos of a FAIRHOLME Romeo and several BAILEY caravans with names like Mikado, Maru.

If you can post photos of yours I may be able to give you some more information.

Hello!

I enjoyed looking at the pictures of your Fairholme caravan. It looks very similar to one I know of in Shropshire, which appears to be in reasonable condition, having been stood in a car port for years. Could you tell me if it had a pull-down bed originally in the alcove between the side settee and the kitchen?

I think it looks great, by the way.

I have good memories of a static caravan my granma used to own. I remember (just about as I was very young), me and my Dad sleeping in this fold down bed, it was so warm and cosy as the bed was right infront of the coal fire, that me and my dad used to get up 2 or 3 times every night to restoke. My mum an sister slept in a bed that was made up of the dinner table and the two bench seats either side. I remember a really good smell of a coal fire every morning when I woke up!

I have just joined this site as I have purchased a 1960 Fairholme, made in Cardiff, Wales.
Apparently it belonged to a family who moved here (to Australia) packed it with their belongings and brought it here on a boat.
My husband is a cabinet maker and will be able to restore it to its former glory, I am so glad to find pics of some others to try to make mine as original as possible.
