So often these days all one seems to hear about is poor service so I thought I would put in a good word for Paul Beck's Vintage Supplies Ltd.

When leaving for Goodwood last Friday the glass fell out of my door mounted overtaking mirror and inevitably smashed on my driveway.

I sent an e-mail on Monday asking if I could get hold of just a replacement glass and offering to pay the necessary and I have just received a complete new mirror from the postman this morning, free of charge.

That's what I call a great service. Very Happy

Nice to hear that Rich, like you say its easy to find people moaning and groaning about poor service, so when the opposite happens it makes a refreshing change Smile
