Hi
Looks a bit like a barford but it is a marshall. I have considered one of these, before, but a smaller version, infact I went to look at one once. That one needed alot of work too, and I thought it would be just spending part of what I would like to spend someday on a steamer!
I know a few people that have these to play on, while they restore their steam rollers.
