Laurence sent me this photo, and the following queries. Can anyone confirm the model of Dodge shown here, and what it was before being converted into a camper/touring vehicle?

-----------

"Hello, during my travel in south américa i've found this vehicle on my way... strange... probably un old army's vehicule (when?) , converted into tourism vehicle. I don't know many things about thoses dodges but probably this one has been modifyed: motor 4X4? and the back seems have got longer...
I would be curious to know more about this original vehicule. If you can answer me i'll be very happy. Thank you."

The roof windows are reminiscent of Landrover, but I think the side windows came from someone more crap than Everest - Probably the annoying guy who advertises the back ones free when you buy the front ones!!!! Laughing
