Its the steering column top I need to undo as the shaft wont withdraw

By the markings on the hub greeney---you`ve already thrown a hammer to it!! Must be a woodruff key hiding in there somewhere!
Looking at the threads provided,will the marina rear hub puller do the trick?

The marks werent of my doing which is why I was fooled into thinking it turned, I had a response from the french traction club to say it just pulls off with puller WD40 and heat, it did just that
Rack is all out and ready to clean up now
Today I have been stripping the engine down
