A pair of doors.
A pair of dark brown seats...or a compleat interior
Good front and rear wings.
V4 engine.
Parcel shelf.
Boot floor (i can make this but it would be easier if i can just fit one)

Sorry I can't help, but I thought you might like to see the very first Saab ever produced...
The company and the car we now know as SAAB also had a very funny name in the beginning. Before SAAB was SAAB, it was Svenska Aeroplan Aktiebolaget. And it stayed that way until 1965 when it changed its name to SAAB.
Today, December 16th back in 1949, SAAB produced it's first car. General Motors now owns SAAB automotive operations, but they still make pretty good jet fighters! _________________ Don't run your fingers over my truck & I won't run my truck over your fingers!

John
The photo below show a Saab that just a month ago was residing in a breakers yard local to me near Southend in Essex.
If you think it might be worth a look, let me know and I go and make sure it is still there, check if the engine is still there and give you the exact location.

Sorry, Don, I don't.
Come to think of it, I haven't seen any of the old Saabs on the roads for quite a while now, only as scrappers, like Brian has posted. _________________ Don't run your fingers over my truck & I won't run my truck over your fingers!

| I have 2 V4 gearboxes, loads of standard steel wheels, alternators, instruments etc. I also have 3 front panels with all chrome and oblong headlamps. Only this weekend I chucked away an instrument panel , old carbs and intake manifoldand old drive shafts. Used to rally V4s, two strokes and a Sonett. Co drove in 2007 in a V4 in the HRCR Night series. |
