Halogen headlamp bulbs - advice?

Chaps, I fitted some of these halogen headlamp bulbs to the Aston - did it last year before going to Le Mans to help me see where I was going and they really do help. However I don't like the way the tip of the bulb glass is coated black because this shows through the headlamp lens and looks unsightly. Has anyone here found a halogen pre-focus bulb without this black end? Just curious really as it's only a small detail but if possible I'd like some that are clear all over...
