hi there,
my car uses sherpa van front indicators (1976-86) approx

does anyone know if these are still buyable new,
i've done all the usual searches with no luck.

unipart/leyland part No. BAU2249

any help, or suggestions much appreciated

or any vgc second hand anywhere

Dont know where you live but up here a company called Stanley Harris would have them.
What car do you have that has Sherpa front lights.

71marina, have you got stanley harris no. the car is tvr s2

ukdave, trying truck spare parts now,(edited to say, truck spares says no!..... obsolete, cheers anyway)

try this link i found , it seems that Kia Pride front indicators are similar. this link has pictures on flickr about half way down showing them on a TVR. they even quote a KIA part number KKY 01 51073 . or Nissan Terrano (Valeo manufactured) MFL6036V and 6037V for complete lamps. Very Happy gordon

cheers for that info, i know kia and bmw indicators fit, but the sherpa ones
have a little lip all round. the lip on the outer side holds the rubber bumper
trim in place, and make the unfinished trim look ok, as you can see in the photo on the flicker link, plus they are the origenals, looks like i'll have to go down the kia route, though it would be nice to keep it original, many thanks

but if you do hear of anywhere, to buy new, or second hand in good condition, i'd love to hear from anyone,

a guy from a sherpa forum has just sold me a pair £10

now my friends want some, just my luck

so if you see a sherpa 1976-86 being scraped, pm me or reply
here, to make a few more classics origenal
