You could buy all ten caravans and set up a "RetroCamp Site" for the middle class "Chelsea Set" to get away and visit for the weekend, and sell them organic fodder.
These sites advertised on the Web seem to be taking off.
There is one nr Whitby and another nr Cornwall, but nobody has thought of.......Milton Keynes.
I bet Eddie and Joe Grundy would love one in Ambridge.
Regards

Just had a reply, £20 each and you get to pick which decrepid old caravan you want lol... had a few offers on them he says.
Easy money, 20 each, 50 for each chassis, 20 for the alloy off them plus anything else you want to keep or sell on, just a messy and time consuming job... assuming they are all too far gone to sell as a going concern. _________________ Mick

had a look at the " camp Site" web page. I think they would have to pay me, to stay there ! _________________ I can resist anything except temptation ! ( Oscar Wilde)
