Can anyone point me in the direction of where I might find a classic canvas awning for my 1950 Car Cruiser?

A lot of people in the 50's made their own awnings, I know my parents did.

We know a man who can.................well a Lady actually Very Happy

She doesn't do poles Laughing but can make covers for awnings etc even original style 'cottage tents' if needed. Just so long as you either have or can get any framework

I am having this problem too. I think the modern awnings spoil the look of a vintage caravan. I need 2, a small one for one door and a bigger one for the other. I could try and make them, but my sewing machine won't sew through that thickness. Any ideas anyone?
