I know it's a long-shot but does anyone have any of these Lucas branded battery caps laying around on an old battery or otherwise? I'm going to buy an old style black rubber battery for my Aston and would love to get some of the correct style lids Rich...

No you can still get those to solder onto the leads but I was wondering if anyone had some Lucas logo'd cell lids laying around on an old battery. Strange thing is you could have got hundreds of them years ago but I guess that's both the frustration and attraction of restoration  |
