Hi
I have just found that I have driven up the steepest road in Britain in the mini, a year or two ago now, but aparently it is meant to be one way, down only (woops) and it has a sign at the top saying unsuitable for motorcars, ofcourse as we aproached it from the wrong side we never read this!
I think it is 1 in 2.5

I just had a look at a photo of the road and it is tarmaced. OK what crazy SOB drove a road laying lorry up or down that road.  |
