Has anyone been watching this? Possibly the worst produced piece of television i've ever seen. Awful camera work, annoying music, arghhhh!

I've only seen one episode and I soon got fed up with the Ferrari testdrive (too modern for a classic). The presentation is awful. The only good part was the Dyna Panhard. A cracking car.

I thought I was the only one to find this dreadfull.
I turned off when the same bit of film was repeated four times,OK if you are obsessed with looking at car headlights or grilles from different angles, useless for anything else.

It's an ITV production.

Cheers for that peter Wink

Where did they dig Chris Serle up from? Laughing

Ok guys you're right it looks dreadful...

Someone at the BBC in cahoots with a certain Mr C. Barrie would be able to simplify the format and do this so much better and at much less cost I imagine...

I doubt if Chris Searle cost much. He showed up to test the Panhard in a grotty old suit and trainers. I a previous episode the girl presenter couldn't pick away on a slope in a manual gearbox Mustang and the owner had to move it to a flat area. I think the car was the one used in a Bond movie.

That Panhard item was typically dreadful. The car is amazing for its capacious dimensions, good performance and good fuel consumption but they totally failed to contrast it with cars with similar engine size from the time.
