Hi forum,

My name's Chris Plante, and I'm currently a researcher on a BBC docudrama. We're looking for a late 1940's (preferablly a 1947 black hardtop to be extremely exact) American Cadillac or Buick somewhere around London. Preferably a collector, as we are not prepared to buy this car.

Also, if anyone knows of a local collector that has any well-made late 1940's-early 1950's American cars, either a black or light, 'beachy' colors would you please reply.


The shoot would last only a day for each car and they would be minimally driven if driven at all. We would work out an agreement regarding cost, and other matters.
