Hi there, my names michael and my passion is ford thames 400e's.... get the username?
I have owned a 3 speed for 10+ years, but its currently mid restoration after a heavy front end crash last summer
A few years after i bought it i was offered a 4 speed maltin walter 'workobus' which is a 12 seater, this is in rough condition and in regular use but i will restore it when my 3 speed is done
My newest purchase is a 1968 420g, ive just spent 3 months recommisioning it after being laid up as an mot failure for 23 years, it looks brand new underneath now, but up top it looks a bit 'withnail and i'
When my van got written off last summer i bought a 58 rover p4 '60' which i am intending to sell should i ever finish smartening it up, it came with a few dents, drivers window drops, the silencer rattles and a few other things will need to be sorted before i sell it
In january i bought a 1970 nsu prinz 4l which has been stood since 1986, it had a very seized engine and i'm gradually getting work done on it
In march i bought a '72 mgb gt, it came with so many (un needed) spares that when they are sold off seperately, the car will owe me nothing
My partner has a 77 mgb which is her daily runner and clocks up about 250+ miles per week without much fuss
I've also got a morris minor which ive owned since 1994 which ive never driven one day....
Anyway... enough of me, i found this forum whilst googleing for Bedford CA spares, i'm a classic car restorer and a 68 ca just turned up fresh from the container as it has just been shipped from turkey
I'm in the process of writing up an estimate for parts
anyway.... err.... hello |

Hi
Welcome from me in Cheshire, have you any pics of the cars? Pics speak a thousand words as they say!

i'm from mendlesham and attend most of the local shows, will be at helmingham next, was at euston, horham, ufford etc recently
these forums are a great way of finding out whats on
last year i went to a village fete at yaxley, i was'nt expecting many classic cars but to my suprise there were getting on for nearly 20 and some were quite interesting (dont know if its on again this year)
