Hi. Does anyone know if VOSA require a tachograph to be fitted to a classic commercial if it's being used for hire or reward? We intend to hire out our 1967 mobile cinema next year but are dearly hoping not to have to run tachos as it's never had one before and getting one fitted and calibrated will be costly and tiresome. We were hoping to run it under the showman's rules which have always been exempt from tachographs until now but I heard rumour the rules changed in January...........
Any assistance or advice would be gratefully received. Laughing
