Lothar dropped me a note about a van he's rescued, first new "find" I've heard about for quite some time. He's looking for a bonnet (hood) and a back door, if anyone can help?

Looks in remarkably good condition considering where it was found.

Hi

Does look good! Why is there no battery tray ontop of the footwell? Also what are the additional side pannels, abouve the inner wings?

Got loads of bonnets, but am unsure about how they would get there, awkward shape and all!

Cheers

Dave

Early UK vans also had those side panels, I think they guide the air through the grille and into the rad, rather than escaping down the side of it. As for the battery position, I'm not sure..
