It's either a Standard 12 or a 14. The only visible difference between them was the number on the starting handle hole cover. It looks more like a 14 to my eyes. It's post war.

Your car JKO 721 was first registered in Kent sometime after April 1947.
By coincidence I happen to be the registered keeper of HKO 712 for what it's worth.
