I have a friend who is looking for a car to use on the London to Brighton Veteran car run..he's looking to buy either a near ready car for next year or something that needs restoration for years to come. He would prefer a small/medium car.
The vehicle would preferably be in the UK or Europe but he's willing to look into anything, anywhere.
Your help and any pointers about the best place to look would be much appreciated.
John.

Hi

I have an interest in the 'brighton era cars:-

http://www.classic-auctions.co.uk/

http://www.sothebys.com/

http://www.bonhams.com/

and one I like the look of:- http://www.gavinmcguire.co.uk/car-sales-details/Veteran-and-Edwardian-Cars/Begot-et-Mazurie/5-hp/1494.htm

Or head down for the LBVCR sale next year, bit of a gamble, but usually some nice automobiles, tricycles etc under the hammer.

Cheers and best of luck! Keep us posted

Dave

its a 1905 car, but there could be slim chance it was manufactured in 1904, worth asking

Very very local car that we already know..the owner has tried his best to see if it is earlier but it appears to be a genuine 1905 car.
