I have been given a Ratcliffe pipe flaring tool. It is a great old heavy bit of kit, but is missing one half of the 10mm clamping block. An old faded instruction sheet tells me it was made or supplied by Ratcliffe Service Tools of Smethwick, but I can't find them. Does anyone know if they are still about ?
